We understand that all leasing services are not the same, and here at Current Property Management We have several options for our annual leasing services.  We will use all of our expertise to find the perfect tenant to place in your rental home.

We begin by using our unique marketing strategies to find in attract local tenants to your home.  Once we have a qualified tenant who is interested in renting, the real work begins.  We will complete a full background screening, criminal history report, credit check, and all other necessary items to get a good picture of the potential applicants.  We personally meet with them to discuss the lease agreement and rules and regulations within the community, and any other potential restrictions of the home.  Once a lease agreement is signed we will facilitate all rental income and escrow funds on your behalf.
