Management Fees and Payments
Management fees, leasing fees, and other costs associated with our services are strictly governed by the specific Property Management Agreement signed by the owner. Rent payments from tenants are due as stipulated in the Lease Agreement. Online payments made via our client portal may be subject to third-party processing fees.
Maintenance and Inspections
We coordinate maintenance and repairs using third-party vendors and contractors. While we strive to ensure work is performed to a high standard, Current Property Management LLC is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party contractors. We perform periodic inspections to assess property condition and lease compliance.
Lease Termination and Policies
Cancellations of management agreements or early termination of lease agreements are subject to the terms written in the respective signed contracts. Owners or tenants wishing to terminate services must provide notice as required by their specific agreement and Florida Landlord-Tenant Law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, Current Property Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the terms set forth in the executed Property Management Agreement.
